from elevation involved

percent of the fatalties due to falls from elevation
were falls from a roof. Nineteen percent were from scaffolding.
The other percentages are lower and dispersed through:
open sided floors, steel erection, concrete erection,
aerial
lift/basket, suspended platforms, vehicles, ladders and
floor openings.
